Welcome to the Operations Engine.

A business that depends entirely on its owner is not a business. It is a job.

This channel is dedicated to one of the most powerful of the Five Business Engines: the systems, processes, documentation, and infrastructure that allow your business to operate consistently, efficiently, and at a high level whether you are in the building or not.

Operations is where great businesses are built to last. And this is where we build it.

What this channel covers:

📋 Standard Operating Procedures and process documentation
🏗️ Business infrastructure design and org chart structure
👥 Hiring frameworks, onboarding systems, and team development
📦 Service and product delivery systems and quality control
🔄 Workflow design, process mapping, and efficiency improvement
📊 KPIs, scorecards, accountability systems, and performance tracking🗓️ Meeting structures, leadership rhythms, and team communication systems
⚙️ Systems integration and operational technology stack
🧩 Delegation frameworks and removing owner dependency
📈 Scaling infrastructure so growth does not break the business

How to use this channel:

Most entrepreneurs are great at starting things. Very few are great at systematizing them. The Operations Engine channel exists to close that gap.

If you are the bottleneck in your own business — this channel is for you. If your business would slow down or stop without you personally involved in every decision, this channel is for you. If you want to build something that is scalable, sellable, and capable of operating at a high level without you doing everything, this channel is your starting point.

Bring your operational challenges here. Share the systems and SOPs that are working in your business. Ask questions about building the infrastructure your company needs to scale.

The question every Scale90 founder should be able to answer:

If you stepped away from your business for 30 days with no access to your phone or email, would your business continue to operate, serve customers, and generate revenue without you?

If the answer is no, this channel is your starting point.

Let us build your Operations Engine.
